The infamous Crypo returns with his Jack Nicholson deleveries and he's a bad as ever. And so is the word on the street in regards to this game. The levels in the game are areas that portay places similiar to the likes of Las Vegas and Paris. Your main character Crypto is bent on messing with the human race as you travel on foot or in your deathray toting alien craft. Having close to 10 hours of actual video gaming where you get to taking out chunks of cities by blasking them with your spacecraft all while pickin up the survivors to torment them further. However, we want to point out that you shouldn't expect too much difficulties accomplishing the all of the above as the resistance is not too much of a interesting nor novel experience, and the game tends to point you in the right directions and/or even brings you to them on autopilot so to speak. Along with the lack of areas with actual inhabitants, hardly any multiplayer engaging experiences (for example Ion Soccor is only a two-player setup for the MP option), and even the humor when it could have worked is surrounded by unnecessary monologues that take the wind out of any actually funny jokes. Albeit this might sound like a bad writeup on this title, in light of the fact that we have the actual game strategy guide to help you if you are stuck in a tight spot or confused about what to do next, the animation and graphics engine the game is designed with is one leaving much to be desired.

From serious clipping issues and invisible objects that appear in frame when flying with your little rocket booster pack, to just plain muddy textures and poorly drawn landscapes, Furon just doesn't seem to deliver in an age when highly polished and dimensional graphics engines are the latest craze.

After Destroy All Humans! came out on theXbox system, it was no surprise that THQ got going on a sequel not long after, this time for Xbox 360. And in this latest adventure, titled Destroy All Humans! Path of the Furon, bad-boy alien Crypto is taking on the human race in the '70s. In the time since the first title, he set out for fame and fortune as a hotel/casino owner in a Las Vegas-like scenario. So just FYI, the basic gameplay isn't doesn't seem so bad it should be played-though having a series of two-player, local-only minigames under a "Multiplayer" banner seems like a stretch-but the presentation is horrid. The graphics are hardly polished and pop-in of objects and textures is obvious as you navigate, especially above the city in the UFO. I do want to point out that the actual physics engine really is pretty good when things are in motion, but it's common for objects to end up in strange spots, such as a thrown car sticking out from the top of a lamp post or a person casually strolling along-on the ledge outside a building's second-story windows. PK-lifting a car while someone is getting out is also comedic, as the person will usually continue until he is standing outside the door, though usually hovering for a few seconds in the air.
